What could be additional?
Drain-pan and expansion-tank installation, plus any required permit costs, are additional. Electric replacement uses suitable existing electrical connections; new wiring, circuit upgrades and other new electrical work are not included. Removal and other items are included only when stated in the approved job scope. Additional work and costs are explained, priced and customer-approved before work begins.
When can you visit?
Service visits are available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Eastern Time. After-hours calls reach our AI receptionist; technicians are not dispatched after hours.
Do you serve my part of Northeast Ohio?
Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Cleveland West serves Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina Counties. Cleveland West is our branch name, not a west-side boundary. Call to confirm service for your address. The service address and actual installation requirements are confirmed before work is accepted.
